This one was a bit of a quickie!
I was taking a break from some work this afternoon and lounging and browsing my phone. I snapped a selfie using a filter that adds freckles (see last image) and imported it into art flow app (this is a pretty good digital paint app with layering for mobile just an FYI!)
I made some fractals and variations and did some layering and light collage to create the final result. Did a little fine tuning of the values and voila :)
