It is usually affirmed, when it is tried to affirm that a person lacks feelings, that his heart is made of stone.

But it is a somewhat odious comparison, if we take into account that stone is precisely Humanity's best ally, because thanks to it, among many other things, Humanity obtains something essential: shelter, warmth and shelter.

When the stone is polished and allowed to speak, it expresses itself with that poetic language that men seem to have forgotten, but which in the villages is transformed into picturesque beauty.

Perhaps for this reason, undoubtedly more lucid, in his way of appreciating the surroundings of this realm of the senses, Christ used that beautiful metaphor, in which he recommended, especially to some disciples who were far from understanding him, the need to transform themselves into living stones.

Which, in fact, constitutes the true essence of peoples and towns.
