My nap was disrupted after church, I must have dozed off for about 20 minutes when my neighbour came calling.
Later in the evening, I went for a walk on the beach. I am enjoying being on the beach often the feeling of freshness and watching the ocean waves is simply refreshing and always leaves me feeling great.
