So It was another beautiful sunny day out here in the bluegrass state, did a little walking bit of outside with my pup and then cleaned around the apt building, picked up some trash N threw away some junk items around the house. Took my ebike out for a ride in to town and back which was task in itself just staying out of traffic but luckily there's a shoulder for most the ride and a sidewalk for the rest of the journey so it's not too bad. Came home and did some sets of Push-ups and a couple sit ups. All in all It was a pretty good day
