Hello, Steemians. As of today the price of one Bitcoin dropped to $16.5K from its highest $19,783 on the 17th of December.
In his post in CoinDesk.Com, Omkar Godbole says that the chart predicts it could go as low as $11K.

Is it a good time to invest?
I am quite new when it comes to Bitcoin investment. I know that many of you here have quite extensive knowledge when it comes to Bitcoins. So my question is, when a prediction like this is given, what are the chances that it is going to come true?
For a new investor or would be investor, is it a good time to start buying? Or should wait until it really drops closer to $11K as predicted?
For a long time investor, let's those who started buying below $10K price, should they sell and buy again when the price drops lower?
