The current situation gives reason to be sceptical about the next major move of prices. Here is why you may very well be optimistic.
In my opinion, those three points indicate once more, that the movement of cryptocurrencies and blockchain-technology will overcome reservations. Even those that are based on solid and reasonable arguments. It's the capacity to adapt, foremost against abuse and malicous practice, that will seperate good projects from those unfit to prevail.
However you should be aware that, if you get into the market, you likely will have to hold onto your position for a longer term then just a few days or weeks.
