This is weekend experiences community,and I'm always glad to share my weekend experiences with my beloved family.
Please forgive me for not posting in this great community all this while. I know you missed me so much,and I missed you too.
Today, I want to share my weekend experiences with you all.
So this weekend happens to be our FYB week. FYB means Final Year Brethren week. It's a beautiful weekend filled with so many activities.
The activities included, no bag day, face cap day, fake pregnancy day and others. Honestly, it's my first time of being a final year student in college,and I can tell what it feels like.
Going to school is something I've always wanted to do,and now I'm about to say goodbye to school. It feels so good to know that I've been able to overcome my fears with steeze .
So it's a great weekend like no other. You can observe that from my expression. So during fake pregnancy day, I took my time to take a photo of few of my course mates who also participated in the event.
I couldn't join them because of certain things,but I'm glad it was successful. It's this weekend that I know there are drama queens and kings in the department of Linguistics And Nigerian Languages.
You needed to see how they carried their fake pregnancies, and how they twisted their faces as if they were about entering the labor room.
I must confess,it was fun. Those events marked another great academic achievement in my level. That's something that has never occurred before.
Even our lecturers were so excited to see the way students were dressed and how they carried their fake pregnancies about the school premises.
Their costumes attracted so many students from other departments,and they began to asked how long we've planned this.
But the truth is that it didn't take up to three days to plan it. It's just that there was maximum cooperation amongst ourselves. We had one mind,one voice,and one move.
That's why everything seems easy and smooth . It's not easy for people to have the spirit of together. But I can say that i've seen this in my department. If everyone is ask to do a particular thing,you will be surprised to see everyone carryout that very task.
I must say that it's a blessing to be a part of this great family. A family like no other. A place where students love themselves and work toward the benefit of each other.
The event ended in praise. There was no misunderstanding between us, no fight,no exchange of words and many other things.
Lastly, Sharing this with my family is the greatest joy I have today. I've been waiting for this event to come, and it finally came. All glory to God who made it possible for me to witness this great event.
