Fresh miki noodles,cooked Lechon Carajay,chopped,small bell pepper,garlic,soy sauce,onion,cooking oil and ground black pepper.
Pancit Cabagan is a pansit version from the town of Cabagan on Isabela,Philippines .This is considered as one of the most popular food in province.This pancit version also has more sauce to the others.The noodles are not submerged in sauce, so this can't be categorized as a mami or noodles soup.Also Pancit Cabagan is good for rice.
