Yeah it comes across a little strange when the program accounts use the command. Under the old refund policy, if we issued a refund the units were transferred to program accounts.

That sort of makes sense, but realistically the peg support trade earns a lot more than the APR (although at slightly higher risk) so I think anyone yield sensitive is already not in HBD savings. The major
