I went on a picnic to the beach, today I took the day for myself and to clear my mind, I didn't go to train and I didn't follow my eating plan either, I've been quite low in spirits and stressed these last few months, I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm trying to find myself, today I had a pretty relaxed day although when I got home I suffered the effects of being under the sun for 4 hours, a reminder that you always have to take care of yourself, stay hydrated and protected from the sun.

Me fui de picnic a la playa, hoy me tomé el día para mi y despejar mi mente, no fui a entrenar y tampoco seguí mi plan alimenticio, he estado bastante baja de animos y estresadas estos últimos meses, no sé que pasa conmigo pero estoy tratando de encontrarme, hoy tuve un día bastante relajado aunque al llegar a mi casa sufrí los efectos de estar bajo el sol durante 4 horas, un recordatorio de que siempre hay que cuidarse, mantenerse hidratado y protegido del sol.
