For two days now I have had a Monstera plant, for a few years I had dreamed of having it but they are a bit expensive here. However, this situation has happened... This plant was in one of the establishments where I am working occasionally, I went to see all the plants because they obviously caught my attention, I noticed that there were quite a few monsteras but they all look droopy, with leaves down, I commented a little about this, and they told me that they are probably plants that are going to die and will be replaced because no one takes care of them, it made me very sad to hear this and I asked if I could take a plant and they told me that it was okay, yes.
I examined the place well and looked at how they were planted, I realized that many of them are cuttings, in fact, the one I took was a cutting and its root looked not very healthy.
After I got it home I did a little research and there were two options: put it in water or plant it. I chose to sow it directly, the climate temperature is currently appropriate and so is the season, this plant needs humidity, in the place where it was it was obvious that a long time had passed without watering them, perhaps 1 month, according to some tips they say that there is also you have to have some patience to see results, since they are plants that take many weeks to react, I would like to see her recover and be healthy, let's hope so 馃檹 look how depressed she looks
Desde hace dos d铆as tengo una planta Monstera, desde hace algunos a帽os hab铆a so帽ado con tenerla pero son algo costosas aqu铆.
