Today I want to share with you a painting that I was doing for my living room. As I said before, I want all the art in my space to be done by me, or at least the vast majority of it, since I tend to suddenly fall in love with a piece of art that I see when I go out.
To start, it should be noted that it is not a 100% original idea, it was an inspiration from a long time ago that I saw. In my case, I wanted to take a leaf from my own plant and make the sketch with it.
Hoy quiero compartirles una pintura que estuve haciendo para mi sala, como dije antes todo el arte de mi espacio quiero que sea hecho por mi o al menos la gran mayoría, ya que yo suelo repentinamente enamorarme de una obra de arte que veo en mis salidas.
Para empezar cabe resaltar que no es una idea 100% original, fue una inspiración de hace mucho tiempo que vi. En mi caso quise tomar una hoja de mi propia planta y hacer el boceto con estas.
The idea of the painting is that it is in relief, so I am using the same wall putty that I bought last time (and I have quite a bit left), I prepared it and added color.
La idea del cuadro es que sea en relieve, así que estoy utilizando la misma masilla para paredes que compré la vez pasada (y me queda bastante), la preparé y le añadí color.
With this ready, I began tracing over the lines I had made.
Con esto listo, comencé a trazar sobre las líneas que había hecho.
This was a job I did two days ago but I let it dry very well in the sun, so I could hang it on the wall.
Este fue un trabajo que hice hace dos días pero dejé secar muy bien al sol, para poder colgarlo en la pared.
