Today was a fairly quiet day. I worked during the day, and afterward, I met with the elders of the church to continue the lessons I'm receiving as part of my baptism preparation.
Today's topic was the Restoration, and they also gave me a calendar with the upcoming topics we'll be studying. It has spaces to mark progress and jot things down, which makes the whole process feel much more tangible and achievable. I liked that idea; sometimes seeing the path step by step helps remind us that big goals are also built little by little.
Hoy fue un día bastante tranquilo. Trabajé durante el día y, al salir, me reuní con los élderes de la iglesia para continuar con las lecciones que estoy recibiendo como parte de mi preparación para el bautismo.
El tema de hoy fue la Restauración y, además, me entregaron un calendario con los próximos temas que iremos estudiando. Tiene espacios para ir marcando el progreso y anotando algunas cosas, lo que hace que todo el proceso se sienta mucho más tangible y alcanzable. Me gustó esa idea; a veces ver el camino paso a paso ayuda a recordar que las metas grandes también se construyen poco a poco.
