Esta rutina se basa en ejercicios explosivos, movimientos que ayudan a realizar el muscle up y que ayudarán en todas las fases del movimiento, también parte de la rutina es practicar el movimiento en sí, ya que de esta manera tu cuerpo aprenderá a realizarlo.
This routine is based on explosive exercises, movements that help to perform the muscle up and that will help in all phases of the movement, also part of the routine is to practice the movement itself, because in this way your body will learn to do it.
Hacer un buen calentamiento general antes de empezar la rutina, para prevenir lesiones o contracciones musculares.
Do a good general warm-up before starting the routine, to prevent injuries or muscle contractions.
