Hi hivers of Hive and SWC, today I share with you some pictures of my training yesterday, on Wednesday I had to train frontlever and dynamics, I started the day a little heavy but little by little while warming up I started to feel the tricks a little lighter, I started to practice 540 from muscle up and do some combinations, I made a combo that I liked a lot with frontflip regrab, 540, 360 in disloque and frontlever, I just have to add some statics to make it more complete but little by little those combos are improving and also improving the level in the sport, I hope you like the pictures.
