There are a lot of political unrest currently going on in France, I think because the citizens are currently unhappy what the cost of living in France is getting really expensive.

Basically, the chaos and riots going on is looking like type you'll see in a state of emergency and it just reminds me that France as a republic who understands the basics and importance of good governance plays a role in how well people get to live in a democratic state.

I tried to compare the situation to Nigeria, and realise that while France is more of a democratic state dealing with laws that are currently affecting the poor, or generally anyone who isn't rich. I think the police and the state are still very tolerant and humane in the response and treatment of their citizens.

In Nigeria if this happens, the police would be firing live rounds on the citizens who are peaceful protesting for a better country, and that's because Nigeria is trying so hard to project a good image of itself Infront of international bodies.

They're trying to convince the government of other countries that Nigeria is not a chaotic place to invest, so they're rather kill their citizens with live rounds so that other countries wouldn't see footages of protests from people who are demanding for a better way of living which doesn't include paying ridiculous money to survive.

However, France which is obviously a first world country, is in chaos. The government are not intending to kill any one, no attempt to do damage control, no other attempts to stop individuals to stop them from exercising their civil obligation.

Apparently, this isn't saying France is a credible country, I mean, citizens wouldn't hit the streets unless it gets really bad, my point is that they've country, the system and the parastatals already understand and value human lives and it'll never get to the extent of shooting citizens.

I mean, we wouldn't even have the riot we have in France in Nigeria, because everyone who is there would be dead if it were Nigeria. The president of Nigeria was in France a few weeks back. I'm not surprised at what's happening in France, their president is currently in bed with the Nigerian president who is currently having a drug case in the US.

I mean, it's no longer news that the Nigerian president reached a deal with the US to protect his criminal act.

A lot of rumours says he gave the US government top level names who are drug dealers in exchange for his file to stay redacted, and continue doing damage and menace in Nigeria, but that aside, the Nigerian president and the French president have been in bed together for a few years and I'm not surprised a lot of things are going wrong in the France, and is possibly the French president being negatively influenced by the Nigerian president.

I'm sure the Nigerian president is wondering why the French police aren't shooting people for fun, and trying to hid the narrative, because this is what he does really well, but it's actually bigger than Macron himself.

The French government already have established independent arms of government, and if Macron tries to shoot the people using the police, he'll probably be charged and he'll go to jail, until in Nigeria where the current president have created a single system that lets him determine who lives or dies without anyone questioning him..

Conclusion

The point is, France is currently a state of emergency, but the government isn't trying to hide or shut down the narrative.

Like the Nigerian president would, and this is the benefit of a system where bodies are independent.

The current Nigerian government has caused horrible chaos, and honestly I wish I can get enough money to leave this hell hole very soon.

Obviously we talk about the Nigerian government but some Nigerian people are very horrible and detestable, and while every country has good and bad people, I think some horrible Nigerians are the reasons for the negative images that Nigerians have outside there, and this is where the fear of being guilty by association comes.

I was talking to someone recently and while we were talking genuine business, they talk about having to delete chats for fear of being associated with a Nigerian, even though they know me fully well on the chain for years now. However, it's what it is.

My comparison in this post is that even though the French president and the country is currently imploding under economic and financial distress, they'll still not go as low as killing their own citizens, which is what the current Nigerian presidency does at every slightest provocation.
