This might just be in the next 50 to 100 years though, I guess. It's a wonderful idea, it looks like something that just immediately takes a potential candidate to the right job without them even having to do much.
I think one problem we have is not having enough data or something that just ties a job to a person who can do the job.
I really like to see something like this.
