Me, you and I
blood, sweat and tears.
A trinity
of vast disagreement
rage, pain and tears
plus a tint of laughter
and a spoonful of love.
I'm a potion,
smouldering in a cauldron
smirks and farts
warts and all.
As a reflection
of spiral shapes
like a rainbow shedding,
many colours.
on the earth, the rain splatters
in a billion droplets
from one heaven
like a thousand sibling
oozing from one womb
Me, Myself and my shadow
a Twirl and whirl
of disjointed combination;
unified as fragments
for I am broken
into spectra
and my colourful essence
is peeling out,
in giant strides
speaking tales of my weaknesses!
I, my spirit, soul and body
a sorority.
of constant nagging!
endless bickering
of two maybe three voices
guiding my path
and here I stand,
befuddled!
This inner commotion
is a little sign
for I am at war
with my precious reflections
In unison,
a triplet of disorder!
a ghoul, dove and hawk
for my heart is parrot,
tweeting and stuttering
clasped nicely
on a mission
of endless squabbling
to end my moments of peace
Yes! I'm distorted,
a piece each in a splintered mirror.
Perfectly imbalanced!
a glide of boundless jolting
then in a glimpse!
I'm arrived at my moment of truth.
will I be perfectly unified?
all pieces in harmony
when the road is forked
and the hour has come?
