In January of 2025 I made a lot of financial mistakes and because of this, I hit zero, I hadn't taken my financial life seriously since 2018, and 2025 was when it dawned on me, then I decided to explore other opportunities in web3, after this I realized that there were opportunities I already missed.
So I started learning and trying things, I wasted 4 to 5 of the year with constant research, learning processes and trial and error, and I hit zero multiple times, I thought I was actually waisting my time.
I failed horrendously and failed even more, I didn't have money to invest in the opportunity I saw, so I kept putting only time and learning, in June, I took a break off Hive, and continue trying other stuffs and 98% of them never yield anything.
I fell sick in August, and stopped the grind, the in October I realized one of the stuffs I put my efforts into made me about $400.
The money came at the right time because I was sick and needed to pay some bills, then the second 670$ came, another 250$ came through, and that was how I made over close to $2k, then the other 75, 100, 200$, at the earlier stage. Of course, all these money went into bills, hospital bills, and other financial issues but I was grateful that I took some time off Hive, locked into other opportunities out there and made some cash that helped me tremendously.
Apparently I became sick from the stress and all, but if there was one thing I realized about myself is that I'd rather not be broke no matter what. Life hasn't been easy, but I've learned a lot in 6 to 7 months out there.
I see myself as a hustler, perhaps I'd even hustle harder if I was a little bit healthier, but I know my strength and weaknesses and God did not give me a spirit of laziness...
I hustled smart in the latter part of 2025, because the first part was full of mistakes and multiple other useless decisions I made, and here I am, proud for everything I've learned. I met some very smart people in 2025, I've been from them to work smart and not just hard, and even though I've not done enough.
I'm glad that for what I am; my health status and life, I've been able to have one of my product year since 2018 even though it was one of the most hardest ever as well (what an irony). I hope the market can pump in 2026, this is because I'm ready now, mentally and knowledgeable wise to do the right thing when it does
