A lot of people underestimate the benefits of the Partnerships, affiliations and friendship, or better still, some people don't even bother forming one.
Over a year ago, I started working with someone, we built a credible business venture, but the person was conniving, dubious and greedy, they failed to see the prospects of having a long-term business partnership that can continue to print, and that was honestly sad.
I don't dispute the fact that people can do well on their own, but there's honestly no way we can ship fast if we don't have partnerships that actually scale us.
A few days ago, I was talking to the person who was showing me around some things I was trying to learn, and I ask them how they're managing to make good money and still have time to take care of other things, and they simply told me that it was partnerships.
They have people doing a lot of things for them, these other people just do their part and are an important cog in the machine that keeps the money printing.
The biggest advantage is always having enough for doing little, especially when you're partnered with people who are not greedy. Yesterday I talked about health and work, and after making that post, I actually realized something: forming partnership is also how people can build something big, without compromising things like family and health, it's how you're guaranteed to have more, even if you're giving less.
I have been privileged to go into partnerships with a few people in my lifetime, and some of the people I initially offered these opportunities never really saw how good it might turn out to be, until it was too late.
We can never really have all the skills we want, to build our dream businesses or side hustles, this is because we don't have enough time in our lifetime to have the privileges or opportunities to have every opportunity to build a business, and this is why the power of people is greatly underrated.
Some people have the brains, others have the brawn, some people have skills, others have the money, some has the location, others brings the skills. Life is basically an infinite money glitch when the right people actually come together to build things.
Remember..... I said the right people.
A person might have all the necessary enablements, but, they're not the right people, especially when they're probably not interested. There's no way a single person is beating a group of people who are committed to shipping an end product.
The advantage of just having people means you get to ship faster and easier, and build a venture that easily compounds, and this is why people who go on to become wealthy gathers a group of people that can help him ship his ideas.
He might not bring the skills, all they need to do is bring the idea and they get other people to ship it for them. There's no single billionaires in top ten who is currently building their business on their own, and this is because you cannot increase output and ship quality if you don't have different minds.
This is why I implore people to build with others, meet the right people and form alliances that can make them money. It might not necessarily be easy to find people, but trust me, when you do, you'll easily print money without even having to do a whole lot.
But the most difficult things is to find people, great people are difficult to find, you'll do a lot of trial and errors and you might not even find, or you'll find and they not even be willing to help.
I watched this Batman series where the man was basically scouting for people with abilities, he was trying to build a squad of people that can build a dominant force, and he found it very difficult to locate the right people.
In this journey, you'll find it difficult to locate the right people and that's just how it is. You might have all that idea and never really meet people who are either willing or have the right skills, that's just how difficult it is. It's the fastest way to move up the ladder. And, if you have the right people, I'll advise you to keep working harder and build great ideas, and one day, you'll thank yourself for continuing instead of giving up.
