From now on, I will write more often again, but focused on Life Coaching and certain exercises + works of my own with it.

What does this mean?

Well that my focus shift to things everyone can use in their daily lives and to also help them improve the quality of their life!

So i will make a series of blogs around it and I hope that it will surely help you all out in your own road of life as well!

And to start off, we first start with the classic Know Thyself, but in another sense and way broader then ever before!

Wheel of Life

The Wheel of Life may sound a bit dramatic, but what is represents is different important aspects of your life. Which can include, family, friends and what it helps indicating how your bonds are and if you think yourself that they are good or not.

This is used by many Life Coaches together with an more spread out introduction, to help you find things you want to improve on.

Even if you have trouble of knowing what to improve you can always draw or make a second one, that is the future version. Where you have better vision of what you want to change or want to see changed.

How it works

To start off you see a nice wheel like figure with the numbers 1 to 10 indicated, 1 is not so good and 10 is super duper perfect.

You follow the line according to the numbers of the bond you feel in that special place.

After you are done, only seeing this reflection towards yourself is already starting to have an subconscious impact and seeing how you are actually thinking about certain bonds and situations.

This will also help you opening up to the idea that you may need some working to do to make things better in life!
