Caminata por la lucha contra el cancer de mama | Walk for the Fight Against Breast Cancer

Hola muy buenas noches tengan todos mis amigos de la comunidad, espero que se encuentren bien , les quiero compartir que hoy tuve la oportunidad de asistir a una "Caminata por la lucha contra el cancer de mama" en mi municipio ,como todos los años hacemos esto en honor a esas mujeres luchadoras , fuertes y valientes

Además de caminar , también compartimos conversatorios sobre la importancia de cuidar nuestra salud , chequearse y mantenerse activa haciendo deportes y tener una alimentación totalmente saludable, la actividad se llevó a cabo a las 9:30 am

Contamos con la presencia de la gran mayoría de las mujeres del municipio, cuerpo policial , salud y bomberos , todo estuvo muy bonito , en orden y al final culminamos la actividad con una bailoterapia , una mañana muy agradable y diferente

Hello, good evening to all my friends in the community. I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to share that today I had the opportunity to attend a “Walk for the Fight Against Breast Cancer” in my town. Just like every year, we do this in honor of those strong, brave, and resilient women.

In addition to walking, we also held discussions about the importance of taking care of our health, getting checkups, staying active through sports, and eating a completely healthy diet. The event took place at 9:30 a.m.

The vast majority of the women in the municipality were there, along with members of the police force, healthcare workers, and firefighters. Everything went very smoothly and orderly, and we wrapped up the event with a dance therapy session—it was a very pleasant and unique morning.
