Hey everyone!

In this video I want to share with you all a quote that has brought a lot of peace into my life!

I absolutely love this quote. Right when I read it for the first time it just brought a feeling of awe over me. It's so true!

Whenever I'm feeling depressed, I'm usually thinking about something from the past or something/someone that's been in my life that is no longer. And whenever I'm feeling anxious, I'm usually worrying about my future or bills or possibilities I might be missing out on. But when I think of the present, and I look around myself, and I appreciate all the great things I have in my life right now, I feel pace, and I feel happiness.

It's amazing how this quote can bring things into perspective so nicely for me. If I find myself doing one of these things, thinking of the past or the future, and it's not helping me feel good, I'll remember this quote and remind myself that I should be more present and more focused on all the good things I have in my life, right in front of me.

And as I'm writing this video description, I am feeling happy that I get to be a part of this amazing community on DTube, and get to share all these thoughts and videos with you guys. Just as I love consuming all of your content.

Thanks so much to you all. It's been an amazing journey so far on @dtube, and it's only just the beginning! I'm so excited for the possibilities and what's to come on this platform. But for right now, in the present, I am happy. :)
