Hey everyone!
In today's video I want to talk about why you need to follow your passions!
A few years back I finally bought a nice DSLR camera, with a 50mm lens, and also a wide angle 10-18mm. I'd always loved taking photos, and now I finally had the proper tool in my hands to capture some of the images I wanted to. I loved the process of going out on photo missions, coming home and editing the photos, and then getting to share them online.
And then, I finally stepped into video work. This is what I really wanted to do, I just hadn't build up the courage for it yet. But one day, I was finally ready and I made my first video. It was just me talking about my dreams. And I shared it on Facebook with my friends and got an amazing response. After that there was no looking back for me. I was going to chase my dreams of traveling the world and making travel vlog videos all along the way.
Why is this important? I know if I would have never left to chase my dreams, I'd be incredibly unfulfilled, unhappy, and probably very angry at myself. I may have ended up in prison or working a job that just basically let me exist and no more. It's been really HARD stepping out of my comfort zone and chasing my dreams, but I feel fulfilled from it and I can take a deep breath and smile because I know I took the leap into the unknown, and that's where the magic happens.
I'm still chasing my dreams! There's been bumps in the road, some larger than others, but the life experience I've gained from all my endeavors has left me a more confident, more peaceful person. I now how the courage to start my film company with my brother and be 100% faithful in a future filled with abundance. I know we can be successful, and now I have more of the skill set to make sure that happens.
So, chase your dreams. Let go. Step out of your comfort zone, into the unknown. It's scary, but it's magical, and you never know what sort of greatness is going to enter your life next.
Thank you @dtube for helping me be filled with passion, as I know feel passion for this Daily DTube series as well, and it really means a lot to me.
I hope you all enjoyed this, and maybe found some inspiration from this topic. So sorry about the bad video quality. I stepped outside just about 15 minutes too late and the darkness caught up with me very quickly. Next one will be better. ;)
Take care all and have a wonderful day!
