† Using Coinbase + GDAX
Note BCC/BCH has the same fees as BTC, and ETC as ETH
*Gemini offers 30 free withdrawals per calendar month.
GDAX is amazing and a great entry point to cryptoassets (for the 3 coins it supports), and you can always transfer funds back to Coinbase wallets freely for pretty safe storage. Bitfinex then has the best withdrawal fees except for Ether. Bittrex supports the most assets (with notable exceptions) but a) their website is quite limited and b) it has some high "Tx fees" (withdrawals) that they don't publish in a clear manner -- Im trying to get out of this exchange completely. Kraken has the advantage that you can deposit and withdraw fiat... Take your pick!
