Disclaimer: I am uploading these pictures on Liketu! And I know, they aren't picasso level pics. This was more of a spur of the moment for me and my iPhone this afternoon...I took my son to the book store and actually had quite a blast walking up and down the aisles...
So while I know, these aren't artistic or 'pro' photos...I hope they tell a story of how I was amazed at how much 'Hive' is out there in the world...
Let me explain my love of...Actually going to the bookstores! As I mentioned, this is an activity that my son and I have shared together for as long as I can remember. You see, we both love reading. So anytime him and I get together, we seem to find ourselves at the local bookstore.
There are two sections I tend to gravitate towards the most when I go to the bookstore. The business sections and the religious sections. And I had quite a surprise as I poked around with my coffee in hand...
First up, you'll see the back of Seth Godin's latest book. And I'm a fan of Seth's, so I picked it up and turned it around and saw this...
"The purpose of the beehive isn't to make honey. Honey is a by-product of a healthy hive..."
Oh wow, how much does that hit you as a member of the Hive community? This is something I truly believe in, and why I think token distribution is so important on Hive. A healthy blockchain will produce....Honey! The by-product of this healthy community is just that. Which is why I love seeing people spreading the token out as much as possible!
Curation is awesome and like I mentioned in #MyHiveGoals post last night, I'm at 9.81% APR with my curation....Imagine that lol Getting 10% APR on spreading the token out. Man, I love this blockchain!
The next photo you will notice was taken in the religious section of the bookstore and I had to do a double take when I saw it.
I'm not a mormon but my goodness, these people create just remarkable temples around America. So this book was on full display and it grabbed my attention for sure.
But then I looked at who created the book....

This is so awesome!!! Not only did I find some 'Hive content' during my first few minutes in the store, I then came across this. Pretty cool to see his book on display front and center in the store!
And then finally....
Maybe we are close to another bull run?
Anytime you see an 'NFTs for Dummies' book....You know things are about to get worse lol Or maybe even better!
Anyways, just a fun little post tonight, nothing too serious. Just thought it was cool to see 'Hive' out in the real world.
