Facebook announced Libra today and bitcoin sold off slightly.

A buy the rumor sell the news type of price action.

Though I doubt this selling is long lasting as the price isn't able to dip much at all.

Basically we haven't been able to dip over 15% since we started this rally a few months ago.

Normally we get 30% dips, but we aren't even seeing those.
