Up until the past couple months bitcoin was actually slightly positively correlated with risky assets over the past couple years.

Well, lately it has been more correlated with gold and negatively correlated with stocks.

I am not sure if that is good or bad.

In the near term it may be bad as I think stocks are due for a rip your face off rally.
