This looks like the definition of consolidation to me

Looking at this chart I can't help but notice this looks an awful lot like consolidation to me.

I mean the market never gives you very long to sell the highs and have have been hanging out up here for months now.

Doesn't this look like consolidation before the next leg higher to you?
