¿Cómo crees que deberían de ser los Hivers?
Ser Hiver encierra un compromiso con la verdad. Ser honesto consigo mismo y con los demás debe ser la primera virtud que nos caracteriza. El respeto a las personas para las cuales te diriges con tu contenido es fundamental. La originalidad, la creatividad y el buen gusto no deben faltar en los aspectos que nos definen.
Los Hivers deben ser un ente social que interactúa con las comunidades a las que dirige su trabajo. No es solo un creador de contenido, sino una persona que apoye el trabajo de los otros con sus criterios y consejos. Siempre de forma respetuosa y constructiva, creando un clima de colaboración con los demás creadores.
También debe ser una persona abierta a la crítica ya que estamos inmerso en un proceso de aprendizaje continuo. Todos los días se aprende algo nuevo de los demás, nos retroalimentamos de las opiniones dadas a nosotros o recibidas por otros.
Otra cualidad importante de un Hiver es la constancia, hay que superarse poco a poco y no dejarse vencer por el desaliento.
¿Cómo crees que deberían de evolucionar?
La evolución es un proceso constante en la vida del ser humano, desde que nacemos nos estamos transformando a cada paso que damos. En los Hiver no puede ser diferente, esa evolución ya se lleva a cabo desde el mismo momento que entramos a este entorno. Dejamos atrás y de un golpe los vicios de egoísmo, vanidad y enfrentamiento que promueven las redes sociales manejadas por corporaciones. Entramos a un ambiente más colaborativo y transformador. Nos vamos transformando a partir de nuestras publicaciones y las de los demás. Socializaos de forma positiva en un contexto sano y colaborativo.
Los cambios deben reflejarse fuera de Hive, en el entorno de nuestra familia y de la sociedad donde vivimos. Debemos extrapolar esa energía positiva que vivimos en esta realidad virtual al plano real de nuestra vida cotidiana.
No cabe duda de que Hive nos va a a transformar en mejores seres humanos, y poco a poco se reflejara en la sociedad. Quiero invitar que se una a esta iniciativa a mi amiga

Another important quality of a Hiver is constancy, you have to improve gradually and not let yourself be overcome by disappointment.
How do you think they should evolve?
Evolution is a constant process in the life of the human being, since we are born we are transforming ourselves with every step we take. In the Hiver it cannot be different, that evolution is already taking place from the very moment we enter this environment. We leave behind and at a stroke the vices of selfishness, vanity and confrontation that promote social networks managed by corporations. We enter a more collaborative and transformative environment. We are transforming ourselves based on our publications and those of others. Socialize in a positive way in a healthy and collaborative context.
The changes must be reflected outside of Hive, in the environment of our family and the society in which we live. We must extrapolate the positive energy we experience in this virtual reality to the real world of our daily lives.
