Sometime if you get a chance sit calmly and observe your thoughts.

But see from a different paradigm in which all movement of the mind, and phenomena of the real world, are simply different forms of escape from emptiness and nothingness.

Feel the wind as escape from stillness.
Feel sorrow, pain, joy, as escapes from tranquility.

Regrets and anxiety about what we need to do-escapes from the present moment.

Relationships as escape from desolation and loneliness.

Thoughts as escape from timelessness.

The past, the future, the present, constructs of time-escape eternity.

What does it mean to no longer try to escape?

One can only find out for oneself.

This is what it means “to meditate”.
