Yesterday was a great relaxing day.
We Got Two Nice Walks In
Making 5K steps easily doable. We took the kids to the park. Walking, playing on the playground and throwing rocks in the river. There was even a fire pit set up so we could set and soak it all in.
Then We Had A Nice Healthy Dinner
My wife made a delicious lentil stew. Then we finished up the evening with a walk around the neighborhood. The walk ended with a nice time at our local playground. The kids got to play with their buddy Jasper, an only child, who was the with his grandmother.
Now It's Back To The Grind
My wife's vacation is over and it's time for school to start again next week.
Hopefully i'll be posting again tomorrow.
