The mainstream liberal media, the Obama and Clinton campaign, and even the U.S. State and United Nations have been pushing the "fake news" narrative this entire year. And during and after the United States election cycle, the narrative has escalated to unbelievable heights. The "fake news" narrative is being used mostly to suppress opposing conservative views, as well as cast a shadow of doubt as it regards to Donald Trump's presidentancy. But what is "fake news"?

In this video I go over a simple methodology to follow when trying to spot if a news article is "fake" or "real". This applies to all types of news, papers, books, and even scientific papers and literature. The methodology is shown below.

How Do You Spot "Fake News"?

1. Read the headline.
2. Read the article.
3. Stop at the moment of each claim or "fact".
   *The amount of research depends on how important verifying the claim is to you.
4. Research up where this "fact" originatesfrom.
5. Judge for yourself how accurate the original "fact" is.
6. Use your judgement to create a fitting headline.
7. Also compare your judgement with the toneof the article.
   *The amount of research depends on how important knowing the motives of the article are to you.
8. If the article does not align with your judgement, then research why that is.
9. Make a conclusion.
