So here I am 4 years after I wanted to do my bachelors in IT and not being able to. Now contemplating to do communication and media design due to the fact that it has been my job for the past 2.5 years.
I am very close to asking for a loan just so that I can get the education I want, but at the same time, there's a lot of doubt in my mind.
Is this the right move for me?
Is there any point in doing it?
Am I able to put myself in that type of debt?
Year in and year out I've been doing research for the Netherlands, but year after year I realize that the number of scholarships we get in my country are small compared to the other countries (talking about specifically for the Netherlands)
We aren't considered international students and we aren't considered members of the EU so just borrowing money from the Dutch government is out of the picture.
Now I'm reading up on crowdfunding and it looks all fun and games, but the idea of having a sob story just so people give you money feels so out of this world.
I've been saving as much as I could and I know for a fact that it isn't enough due to all these economic crises we've had in the past years.
It's all a bit frustrating sometimes, but I keep trying to look at the positive of things.
I've also been thinking if there is a way to do it via Hive to achieve my goals but also give back.
