Greetings beautiful people.

So today, I'm writing to myself one year from now. These questions feel like planting seeds in a garden I won't see bloom for months - trusting that the words I write today will find their way to the person I'm becoming.

What strikes me most about this eighteenth day is how hopeful it feels to imagine the me of July 2026. It's like reaching across time to hold hands with my future self and whispering encouragement across the months.

I hope you remember who you were when you wrote this letter. I hope you remember the courage it took to embark on these 20 days of self-discovery, even when you weren't sure what you'd find.

Right now, as I write this, I am someone who is learning to trust himself more each day. I am someone who is choosing authenticity over approval, growth over comfort, and love over fear. I am someone who is still figuring things out, and I'm finally okay with that uncertainty.

I want you to know that I'm currently so
Brave enough to ask the hard questions about who I am and who I want to become. I'm not waiting for permission anymore - I'm giving it to myself.

Learning that my sensitivity is actually my superpower, not something to hide or apologize for.
Discovering that setting boundaries isn't mean - it's necessary for loving well.
Understanding that my worth isn't tied to my productivity or achievements.
Beginning to see my struggles as part of my story, not separate from it.

Dear Future Me, I hope you remember:
How it felt to finally speak up for yourself after years of staying quiet.

The moment you realized that people's opinions of you are none of your business.
How liberating it was when you stopped trying to be perfect and started being real.
The day you chose to love your body instead of fighting it.
How good it felt when you started following your intuition instead of everyone else's advice.

I hope by now you have:
Built a life that feels authentic to who you really are, not who others expect you to be.
Surrounded yourself with people who celebrate your growth and support your dreams.

Created work that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.
Developed a daily practice of self-care that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit.
Learned to receive love as easily as you give it.

Made peace with your past and excitement for your future.
Traveled to that place you keep talking about visiting.
Written that book, started that project, or taken that leap you've been contemplating.

What hopes do I have for you, Future Me?
I hope you've learned to rest without guilt and celebrate without waiting for permission.

I hope you've discovered new layers of your creativity and aren't afraid to share them with the world.
I hope you've deepened your relationship with yourself and with the people who matter most.
I hope you've found ways to use your experiences - both joyful and painful - to help others feel less alone.
I hope you've learned to trust the timing of your life and stop comparing your chapter 7 to someone else's chapter 20.

What wisdom do I want to pass along to you?
Remember that growth isn't linear - there will be setbacks and detours, and that's okay. They're part of the journey, not deviations from it.
Keep trusting your intuition. That quiet voice inside you has been right more often than not.

Don't forget that asking for help is a sign of wisdom, not weakness.
Remember that you don't have to earn love - you're worthy of it just as you are.
Keep showing up as your authentic self, even when it's scary. The world needs what you have to offer.

What am I excited to see happen in your life?
I'm excited to see how you've grown in confidence and self-trust.
I can't wait to see what creative projects you've brought to life.

I'm thrilled to witness the relationships you've cultivated and how they've enriched your life.
I'm eager to see how you've used your voice and platform to make a positive impact.
I'm excited to see what new adventures you've said yes to and what fears you've conquered.

What do I want to stay the same about you?
Keep your curious heart - never stop asking questions and learning new things.
Hold onto your empathy and compassion - the world needs more people who care deeply.
Maintain your sense of wonder and ability to find magic in ordinary moments.

Preserve your authenticity - it's what makes you magnetic and relatable.
Keep your sense of humor and ability to laugh at yourself.

What changes am I hoping you've made?
I hope you've gotten better at saying no to things that drain you and yes to things that light you up.
I hope you've learned to speak to yourself with the same kindness you show others.
I hope you've stopped apologizing for taking up space and started celebrating it.
I hope you've released the need to have everything figured out and embraced the beauty of becoming.
I hope you've gotten comfortable with being seen - really seen - for who you are.

A year from now, I hope you read this letter and smile at how far you've come. I hope you remember that every step of this journey has been sacred, even the stumbles.

I hope you're proud of the risks you took, the boundaries you set, the dreams you pursued, and the love you gave - especially to yourself.

What can I do today to support you, Future Me?
I can continue to make choices based on my values rather than other people's expectations.
I can keep investing in my growth, my relationships, and my dreams.
I can practice self-compassion when I mess up and celebration when I succeed.
I can trust the process and remember that becoming who I'm meant to be is a lifelong journey.
I can stay curious, stay open, and keep believing in the beautiful possibility of who you're becoming.

This is my letter to my future self - a bridge across time, carrying hopes, wisdom, and unconditional love from the me who is writing to the me who will be reading.

Future Me, I'm rooting for you. I believe in you. I can't wait to see who you've become.

What I want to carry forward into your world:
The courage to keep growing. The wisdom to trust the journey. The love to sustain the becoming.

What I want you to leave behind if you haven't already:
The need for external validation. The fear of being too much or not enough. The belief that you have to wait for permission to live fully.

Today, I choose to plant seeds of hope for your tomorrow. I choose to make decisions that will serve you well. I choose to trust that the person writing this letter and the person reading it are both exactly who they need to be in their respective moments.

With love and anticipation,
Past You 馃挐
