Humans are created equal right?
The thing is, we have different upbringing, different cultures, different beliefs, and different levels of knowledge.
These affects what we can really do as a human being, some of what we believe will limit us on abilities that we all have.
We as humans are divided. If only we can just act as a human being without the limiting beliefs then we could accomplish more don't you think?
