One of the major conversations we have each and every day here is about censorship. Example would be when we first started on Facebook hundreds and sometimes thousands would like or comment on our media. Then Facebook moved to a pay to play model, and at first they would help us get back to where we where at before. Then there was the ban on words such as Bitcoin, BTC and other crypto terms. For a while there was no issues for us reaching out on google in search or in Youtube. As time has gone on even those spaces now censor us in some way reducing our impact on the internet. Mailchimp for example canceled our long standing account because we talked about bitcoin in one of our newsletters.
But came Steemit and we at ExploreTraveler.com has a sense of freedom again, and enjoy be ing able to reach back out into the world with our old and new content daily. It's not easy but very enjoyable and being able to meet everyone at Steemifest is going to be great.
Video censorship is also here, and we will need a new avenue to be able to upload our videos to Steemit.com and to be able to stay ahead of the anti-crypto police. We have been major advocates, and support the merging of crypto-currencies and travel for several years now, and we have no plans on stopping that support.
When at Steemfest we will advocate for the technology, and development resources that allow us to reach out to the numerous people who need a place to share content that the mass media controls because they don't follow the world order line of thought.
