Today the people with crypto are within a community. Steemfest was an example of this, and there are many other club's, and crypto get together's  going on world wide. It's this organic community building both planned and un-planned that makes a huge difference. In this photograph you have heiditravels@heiditravels interviewing hilarski@hilarski about crypto. When I started talking about crypto there was almost know one, and until Randy came along from EmpireAvenue it was a lonely island. Now today we have many crypto technologies, and different niche markets pushing to change the world.

I'm a planner and I like looking into my research, and trying to find where I can squeeze a little more crypto out of like turning grapes into wine. So I remember back in July when Coinbase said we will not support Bitcoin cash, and I was like well then let's move bitcoin over to some place that will. Then we have days like yesterday, and Coinbase adds BCH and throws the industry into a scramble causing distortions within the whole crypto wide industry. How time are a changing.

Anyway the past is the past today we must plan to move forward, and looking for other opportunities. I still think Litecoin has a ways to go; however with Bitcoin Cash now on Coinbase this might take away some of the LTC movement since speed of transfer is why allot of us use it. Covert USD to LTC and move to another exchange for new alt-coin buys.

So what am I looking for now, and think there is room for growth. Dash, Ripple, IOTA, Cardano, NEM and Bitcoin Gold. One of these may be next to be added on Coinbase, and building stronger positions seems like a good idea for my long term holding strategy. Now I personally think STEEM is a long shot but it's growth here on Steemit cannot be ignored, and I expect pricing pressure to build over the next 12 months. So here is a few graphs that help illustrate what I monitor.

Overall trending visit's are up and rising.

Where people come from does matter, and there is a shift here, and it's slowly moving away from crypto based community.

Social media seems un-changed with Facebook being the medium of choice.

People linking to Steemit is also rising, and this will drive more and more traffic.

Human psychology is what it is, and we cannot change that so plan accordingly.

Bitcoin still has room to move above 20K this year, and 2018 will bring with it major changes, and major publicity within the masses. I have been talking about this since 2011, and I'm getting more people contacting me daily now. The word is out and the concepts, ideas, and get rich quick mentality is spreading faster.
