Miami City, was the home of crooks and the den of all bad crimes and behaviors in the USA back then. The cops there were also allied to some drug kingpins as they got some meaningful bribes from them. Furthermore, Miami City has a wonderful beach which harbors lots of people during the Summer period and these people do not go home without telling tales of the wonderful place. The beaches too were the places where the crimes were done so it is like a tourist center and still a place of relaxation for visitors.
