If you were in chemistry class, you probably learned about how chemicals react to other chemicals. Our bodies are made up of chemistry, and chemicals, and stuff, and our bodies need everything that is in the banana, for example, and not just the potassium found in bananas. You could take a potassium pill or tablet, and in some cases, it helps more so. But generally speaking, it is better to eat the whole banana, uncooked, unfiltered, as organic as possible, because you want not just the potassium from the bananas, you want the other things too which works together with the potassium and other things in your body.

Our bodies are so complex and scientists and doctors and researchers and others are still finding out things about the DNA and the brain and other things. Yes, medicine and drugs and other things too, can help in some situations, but complete foods work a lot better and a lot more often, most of time, generally speaking, on average. Eat food that lacks GMO and stuff. There are so many reasons why we should avoid GMO and the other things. Eat more garlic and oatmeal. Only eat vegetarians. I mean, first off, most Americans eat too much meat. You can become vegan. I love animals. You don't have to eat meat. You can get Omega from fish, salmon, tuna, which helps the brain for example. You can eat animals that only eat vegetables, fruits, grains, and stuff instead of non-vegetarian animals.

a bleeding or perforated stomach ulcer – a bleeding, open sore in the lining of your stomach or duodenum (the first part of the small intestine)
acute cholecystitis – inflammation of the gallbladder, which is often caused by gallstones; in many cases, your gallbladder will need to be removed
kidney stones – small stones may be passed out in your urine, but larger stones may block the kidney tubes, and you'll need to go to hospital to have them broken up
diverticulitis – inflammation of the small pouches in the bowel that sometimes requires treatment with antibiotics in hospital
