Notice I published this video on the 8th of May of 2022. I cannot prove whether or not I was banned off a Stumble Chat room back then. This was a month ago and may have been a computer problem on my end. But nonetheless, I started feeling a little paranoid early in May. Sometimes, it is silly to be paranoid. So, I'm exactly trying to justify my paranoid mindset that I sometimes have. Yeah, maybe all or most of our accounts are banned now. I only wanted Mango to say sorry. Now we got Cosmos doing stuff. And if you do stuff, I report on things. If I see something that I think is bad, I may sometimes put a public spotlight on it. As a citizen journalist, which all humans can be, I have to and I should. Duck is cool. If Cosmos is trying to get my ISP to turn on me, I will have to tell the world about that. I probably should have said that in the stream on YouTube that Cosmos better not be trying to get my ISP to turn on me. I don't take those kinds of threats lightly.

I wrote in my article that if Cosmos is able to get in Internet Service Provider to turn on me, I will maybe have no Internet here and you will not be able to contact me for a while.

I don't know if Cosmos reported me to my ISP and I don't know what my ISP may or may not do either immediately as in right now or say someday eventually. Roy was in Stream Yard too.

If Cosmos already contacted my ISP, is it possible for Cosmos to say to my ISP, "Just kidding, we are cool now?" I don't know what has already happened behind the scenes, I don't what kind of damages this may inflict upon me, that is why I decided to publicly report on Cosmos on my blog. Because I can't take threats lightly.

For example, if you threaten to burn down my house, I have to report you to the police department.

Mango and Cosmos made real threats but is there some Internet Police I can report them to?

I decided I had to report the threats to the court of public opinion. International things that are done online must be hashed out in public for the world to see. If I find out that Cosmos caused damages to my ability to access the Internet at home (my ISP) in any way, I will report on it. I don't know if Cosmos contacted my ISP or if that was a bluff. Oh, the ADL, yeah.

I have no evidence as to what Cosmos may have done secretly already, behind the scenes. I feel like I may not know until it is too late, if something were to happen.

I am going to simply assume that Cosmos could lie to my ISP. He could say I stole video that he owns or something.

Of course, I know that may eventually get Cosmos in trouble if he were to claim he owned those videos or what have you, but that would be possibly more down the road. My attitude is to take threats seriously and to prepare for the worse. Internet Service Providers will screw you over sometimes. If an ISP feels like you downloaded copyrighted content, they may send you an email, I got an email one time in 2018. In reality, copyright is heated topic people can debate on for hours....... I think was watching Ray Donovan. I am a nerd, so I would know, just kidding sort of.

Ray Donovan went downhill but not as badly as Dexter Morgan, Ray ended with a movie which I thought was well done. Notice how we are not typing at the same time. I have two computers open. Actually just two web browsers. I am logged in here on Firefox as Joey and in Chrome as Memes. So I go back and forth between the two browsers. Don't even go on the voice channel. King of Green (KG). I will even have a conversation with myself on video, you will think I am talking to this other man. But it is actually me talking to myself via two webcams.

What bothered me with Mango Haze was that he said you can't upload his photo without his permission. That would be inaccurate. Yes, most people around the world believe that. Most people assume that is basically how things work. I would make a counter claim to that generalization.

The actions Cosmos made is built upon Mango at least in part. That is why I always go back to the Mango thing. Cosmos might argue I did bad regarding the Mango thing. So, the argument at least in part might be that the actions Cosmos took can be justified assuming Cosmos is stopping Evil Oatmeal who did a bad thing. That is the foundation. Most of the argument and justification hinges on the Mango thing. To get to the bottom of the Cosmos thing, you have to get to the bottom of the Mango thing. Well, just kidding because it turns out to my surprise that the Cosmos thing is a giant rabbit trail that predates the Mango thing.

I believe that if I am at a public park that I can take a photo of you. Yes, some people will say, "No you can't." I disagree. If I am in your house and take a photo of you, I believe that the photo is mine. However, you could ask me to leave. I would argue that the photo is mine. But if you own the house, then you should have the right to remove me. But if you try to my photo from me, that would be you stealing private property from me. The photo is mine, period.

All of this is in regards to physical property. The tricky thing about the Internet is that a lot of it is virtual which laws were not originally designed to handle.

It is easier in the real world to say this hammer is mine say for example. The hammer is tangible, physical. The hammer is in a singular location. The hammer is fixed in physical form. But most things on the Internet are not located in a singular location. They're not tangible. They're not solid objects that can be held under the jurisdiction of private property laws. Most things on the Internet are electrical waves.

I don't know how private property rights apply to electrical waves that are floating around the Internet.

Imagine owning Lightning.

Most of the Internet is lightning that is omnipresent.

Please tell me that private property rights apply to omnipotent lightning, plasma, light itself, or water. The problem is some of these things are all over the place, they can be uncountable, they can be very challenging to keep track of.
