Soren Kirchner, depending on the state, governors and others announce lockdown mandates, suggestions, guidelines. Governors don't make laws. Instead, state laws are made via the state senate. Some of the states are demanding now that you do not celebrate Thanksgiving in your house, without your mask, too close to each other, and with too many other people. They're also talking about how the vaccines will not be enough to help people with Covid. Some states were slowly phasing out of lockdown these past several months in 2020. But then some of them started going back to demanding more lockdown and Bill Gates said on video it will continue for the next ten years or longer. Stores has the mask rule which discriminates people and violates the 4th amendment and HIPAA. I was called in to be a juror and I told them I will not wear a mask no matter what.
Bill Gates said we have to do this for the next ten years or longer, I hope you enjoy these ten years.

@Jose Garcia, you may be running into many different computer problems and some of that is probably due to some of the settings, some of it has to do with hardware and some of it is software related
Android is a Google operating system which can slow down at times
You can root a phone and put in a different OS in the phone
I generally don't use phones and prefer desktops and laptops
You could go into Android and turn off the GPS and turn off many different things which may make your phone go faster maybe.
