I find sunrise and sunset fascinatingly breathtaking, for my new friends on Hive, I am known as one that likes gaming and finance-related content, a few older ones might know I chase sunset and sunrise as well.
The beauty the round fireball leaves behind during the golden hour as it creeps away or rises to brighten our world leaves me stuck for words in describing its beauty.
Every golden hour is unique, there's a beauty to each despite the sun rising or setting in the same spot. I could chase sunset or sunrise daily without getting tired, it is that beautiful to me...
So I went chasing sunrise on the 13th of March, I had checked when the sun will rise in Cotonou the previous night and it tells me at about 07:02. I was up at 06:25 to embark on the chase.
At about 06:50 I was on the beach, awaiting the sunrise, not the best of weather but I was glad to be up and I knew some days I might not get the best of weather and somedays I might be getting the most amazing view to start my day, I was delighted with a gainful smile on my face with contentment.
A beautiful morning it was, I came across some fishermen, greeted them, and carried on with my walk.
I saw a broken boat and walked towards it, in its ruin I found beauty in it, a beauty just enough to make it into Hive.
The early hours of March 13th were a beautiful one.
We owe it to ourselves to make Hive great
