I was off to Wanaka towing a horsefloat when I stopped on Tekapo road. It probably was my second or third stop from Christchurch as I was only traveling that day, so there wasn't a need to rush to get to site.
This location was a good stopping spot for me with having to worry about traffic behind me.
It was a bit of a cloudy day but with sunshine. I find the mountains very beautiful, especially the brown one with valley.
I stopped for photos and video, then and then had lunch before proceeding with my travel to Wanaka.
