Is it time for her to step down? I know that if she was a CEO of a company or a coach of a professional sports team, she would most likely be forced out. But I am not sure if politics works in a similar manner.
But the real question is, if she is forced out, who will replace her? I think that may be the problem with the party- there appears to be little depth on the team.
