Hello Hivers! This is my second post. I'm already loving this platform. I'm learning a lot and meeting new people.
I am lucky to have a chance to go to work amidst the the pandemic. It's a matter of time before things are going to be better. I would just like to wish those affected by it all the best.
It's chilly here in Kenya due to the rainy season and there's mud all over the place. Rain falls almost the whole night and stops at around 8-9am. It's weird to be rained on every day, from seven-thirty to almost eight when I am walking to work.
Then there is the situation of the road I use to get to my workplace. It is under construction. With all the excavation and the rain water on the road, vehicles speeding to and fro, sometimes it happens to be my unlucky day and I get a splash of muddy water all over me. Lucky I do a blue collar job!
I miss the warm sun. Time will come and the season will be over. Life has taught me to be patient which is great but.... I happened to come across a definition of patience: patience is not all about how long you wait but what you do while waiting.
Until next time goodbye for now, fellow hivers.
