1 glass unsweetened coconut drain
1 banana, peeled
1 orange, peeled
2 mugs new spinach
1½ mugs solidified pineapple
2 tsp chia seeds, discretionary
Guidelines
Place everything in a blender in the request recorded, beginning with the fluid and completion with the solidified products of the soil seeds (if utilizing).
Mix until smooth and move into two tall glasses.
