I have been tied up in work and I think reconnecting with nature is what I needed. Seeing green in our environment can be a relief from the stress that we feel and a therapy for our eyes.

Our nearby residence has been blessed with nature views. Every time I feel tired and depressed, I and my kids stroll for a while. Savoring the moment with them.

A few steps away from our yard is these beautiful flowers blooming as the sun shines. Before I was able to plant this kind of flowering plant however it caused a dilemma in our yard so I phased it out. I never thought that it crawled nearby.

Among this plant is the variety of Alocasia or what is called badjang here local. It has been famous when the pandemic struck us and people were keep on planting various kinds of plants. I saw this plant along with the interior of famous artists. However, here it's neglected and less valued due to its sap brings itchiness when touched.

Not far from badjang and vine flower is this cute and slim plant. What makes it attractive is its pink spikes that if you happen to pass by, its spikes will surely go with you.

As we walk further, I saw this plant with a bulging stem on the top. I wonder what plant it is. If you know this plant please comment. Anyway, when it turns old, its tip peels like a banana showing the bud inside. It's like a flower now. Beautiful isn't it?

Look at that beautiful sky! Compliments the greenery of the surroundings. The grass is of great help because goats and cows used to eat and pastured here.

These orange and tiny fruits capture my attention. I thought it can be eaten however it's for our eyes only. It has rough leaves and a hard and spiky stem.

Meanwhile, we almost arrived at my mother's house, and my son picked up some "bomb fruit" (I'm not sure of its name). He's fond of collecting those and when you put on water, it bursts!

Together with my daughter, we put all the collected fruit and saw their reactions as it burst.

Always reward yourself even with this kind of scene and do not deprive yourself of the happiness you might feel. Even this kind of view would complete our day. How amazing nature is!

That's it for today Hivers. Hoping you're in good health and have a nice weekend! God bless and see you!
