It's been three meals we ate leftover cooked rice but none of the member of my family complained about it. It's just me, because I wanted to eat the newly cooked one however, whenever I cook rice there's leftover. As a Filipino style, I just let it on top of it so that it would be hot also. This time, what should I do with this? To make it more tasty. Oh, I have a plan. I wanted to make this into fried rice.
Earlier this morning, I have achieved this look of fried rice and my kids loved it. So today, I will share it to you on how I get this done.
In a saucepan, put an amount of oil. I just estimated the amount of two teaspoon of it.
Sautรฉ minced garlic. Then stir. Let it turn brown and smell its aroma.
Add the raw ingredients like ham and longganiza. Cook it until brown.
If the other ingredients are already cooked, join the shredded fried fish and mix.
Add the mixed egg.
Mix until the egg cook and shred with a spatula.
Put the mashed leftover rice. Mix until it mixed with other ingredients.
Add 3 pinches of salt or you may lessen if you don't want too salty in your dish because we will add soy sauce later.
This time, I added 2 tablespoon of soy sauce. Then mix again. Don't get tired of mixing ginusto natin to eh๐ .
Taadaah!
This is our breakfast today. My kids really love this dish because as you can see their favorite viand is one of the ingredients. My husband too did ate it all. Just so you know, he appreciates my recipe every time it tastes good but if not silence came across, hahaha.
