Who says mango is ordinary, mango is extraordinary.

Mango has different health benefits aside from being the sweetest one, it also complements the dessert whenever it would be added. It could be in the form of shakes, smoothies, or a mango graham float. The " once tasted always wanted" by kiddos. It is always present on every occasion like birthdays, fiestas, or even in the holiday season.

So, now I'm going to share with you how I made my easy-to-prepare mango graham float. We have to prepare the following:

  • mangoes (1 kilo)
  • Nestlé All Purpose cream (2 packs)
  • Sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • Graham crackers (2 large packs)
  • vanilla (optional)

First, slice the mangoes or scrape them thinly with a spoon to make more of them.

Using a hand mixer, whip the chilled cream until it doubles the size. Add the sweetened condensed milk then mix it until you got the desired consistency.

Taadaaah! Here's the mixed cream and condensed. Not able to use vanilla because I want it pure. Make sure that your cream is put in the chiller first before using it because that is much more important to attain this kind of consistency and bring more thickness to the mixed ingredients.

In a clean basin, pile some Graham crackers. Here, I used 4 basins to compel all of it.

On top of the crackers, layer it with the cream mixture and spread evenly. Then, layer again with sliced mangoes.

Place again another layer of crackers, cream mixture, and mangoes. Then, repeat the process once more. Supposedly, the top of it is mangoes but in my recipe, I end it with a cream mixture then sprinkle some crushed honey graham crackers😉.

I also made a DIY mini mango graham float since I have left plastic cups. It has broken and crushed crackers so making use of it is much more even useful.

It's all done! Let it refrigerate overnight to set completely. So it's gonna be overnight patience😁.

Here's a slice of my mango graham float! Want a bite? Hehe. As I taste it, not to brag it's tasty and creamy. You know what it's a one-day eating by my family. Don't you worry we were more than 10 who ate it😁.

It's more delicious when eating together with our families and friends. Being together brings more joy and an appetite for every food on the table.

That's all for today Hivers! Hope you enjoy reading my foodie blog because I know some can relate to those who love cooking and making recipes. Thank you and see you on my next blog!
